During the Xiaomi 12 series launch in December last year, Xiaomi also unveiled the Watch S1, a smartwatch with a stylish design. The company may soon release the smartwatch for the global market as the watch has now been listed on Amazon Germany.
The smartwatch was originally listed for € 195.08 but the price has been removed from the product page. However, we can assume that the watch will retail below € 200 in Europe. For reference, the watch in China carries a price of RMB 1,099 ($ 173).
The Xiaomi Watch S1 has an elegant and stylish design that still retains the company’s minimalist design philosophy. The watch has a 1.43-inch AMOLED touchscreen display surrounded by a 326PPI refined stainless steel frame. The display is covered by a layer of sapphire glass. Users also get the option to choose from a comfortable leather wristband and a fluorine rubber strap.
The AMOLED display provides a crystal-clear view of the screen even in sunlight. This will make it easier for users to use apps for messaging, incoming calls, notifications, calls and on the go. In terms of features, the Watch S1 comes with 117 sports modes, supporting sleep tracking, heart rate and blood oxygen monitoring. It comes with NFC for wireless payments and supports Bluetooth calls and dual-frequency GNSS positioning.
