The launch date of the Tecno Spark 8T is set for December 15, and the specifications of the upcoming smartphone have now been revealed. The upcoming Tecno handset is spotted on an Amazon landing page, showing the design of the smartphone, along with its specifications. The smartphone will have a 50-megapixel dual rear camera with MediaTek Helio G35 SoC, a 6.6-inch full-HD + display and a 5,000mAh battery.
According to Tecno Spark 8T’s new landing page, the smartphone will be available for pre-order on December 15 at 12 midnight IST. The price of the smartphone has not been announced by the company yet. The Tecno Spark 8T is available in four color options – Atlantic Blue, Cocoa Gold, Iris Purple and Turquoise Cyan.
As mentioned earlier, the Tecno Spark 8T will have another indeterminate camera with a 50-megapixel primary camera with an f1.6 aperture. The rear camera module also has a fingerprint sensor. The Techno product landing page also lists camera features like video bokeh support, 1080p time-lapse photography.
The smartphone has a 6.6-inch Full-HD + 1,080×2,408 pixel display with a pixel density of 401ppi and a maximum brightness of 500 nits. The display has an 8-megapixel front-facing selfie camera with an f 2.0 aperture. The Tecno Spark 8T is also equipped with a 5,000mAh battery and the company claims 38 days of standby time and up to 11 hours of video playback on the smartphone.
The Techno Spark 8 is set to arrive after the launch of the Techno Spark 8 Pro smartphone in mid-November, which includes a 48-megapixel triple camera setup with a MediaTek Helio G85 SoC and a 5,000mAh battery that supports 33W charging. The Tecno Spark 8 Pro is an upgraded version of the Tecno Spark 8, launched with the MediaTek Helio G25SoC in September and is available with up to 4GB of RAM and a 5,000mAh battery.
