Render shows how the Google Pixel 6a will slot into Google’s Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro

OnLeaks has compared the Pixel 6a to the Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro in a new render. Liquor has revealed that the Pixel 6a will be a smaller alternative to Google’s Pixel 6 series, a mid-range smartphone slightly larger than the Pixel 4 and Pixel 5.

Earlier today, OnLeaks released a render for the Pixel 6a, based on a leaked CAD file. As discussed separately, OnLeaks expects the Pixel 6a to come with a 6.2-inch display, although it’s not clear when Google plans to release the mid-range smartphone.

Still, it’s clear that Google will bring the design language of its Pixel 6 series to the Pixel 6a, mirroring the Pixel 5 and Pixel 5a. Now, OnLeaks has provided a comparison between Pixel 6a, Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro, showing the difference in their size. Well known, the Pixel 6a measures 152.2 x 71.8 x 8.7 mm, making it slightly longer and wider than the Pixel 4 and Pixel 5.

However, photos from OnLeaks show that the Pixel 6a will be significantly smaller than the Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro, both larger smartphones by the Pixel standard. OnLeaks showed the Pixel 6a with three cameras, matching the camera configuration of an unpublished Pixel smartphone that we reported last month. If the Pixel 6a is ‘bluejay’, as Mishal Rahman has pointed out, it will have three Sony camera sensors, an IMX355, an IMX363 and an IMX386.
